Order updates that send themselves
Confirmations, dispatch alerts and delivery notices fire from your store events. No one has to remember.
iPixel connects your shop to the official WhatsApp Business API. Your team shares one inbox, order updates send themselves, and approved broadcasts reach the customers who asked to hear from you.
Built on Meta's Cloud API. The number and the WhatsApp Business account are registered in your name and stay yours.
Sign in with Facebook and pick the business portfolio you already use. Takes about two minutes.
Use a new number or move an existing one. We handle the WhatsApp Business account, display name and verification.
Your team logs into the shared inbox. Order alerts and follow-ups run from templates you approve.
Everything runs on one number, so a customer who bought in March recognises the same thread in December.
Everyone answers from the same number without passing a phone around. Assign chats, leave internal notes, see who replied last.
Confirmations, dispatch alerts and delivery notices fire from your store events. No one has to remember.
Send approved templates to a segment of your contact list, then see delivery and reply counts per send.
Share your catalogue and let customers pick, ask and confirm without leaving the conversation.
Set up replies for the questions you get all day: price, stock, timings, where is my order.
Response times, which template gets replies, which staff member closes chats. Exportable.
Plugs into what you already run
No setup fee. Move plans or leave at the end of any month.
For a single shop getting off the phone.
For brands sending order updates and campaigns.
For multiple numbers, teams or locations.
Yes. The WhatsApp Business account is created under your own business portfolio in your name, and the number stays yours. If you leave iPixel, you keep both and can connect them elsewhere.
Only if that number is not currently active in the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app. It has to be removed from the app before it can be registered on the API. Most businesses keep their old number for walk-in chats and start the API on a fresh one.
Meta bills for messages separately from our subscription, at rates it sets and revises. Those charges go to your own account and we pass them through at cost. Customer-initiated conversations cost less than business-initiated ones.
No, and this matters. Business-initiated messages must use templates Meta approved in advance, and can only go to people who agreed to hear from you. Sending to a bought or scraped list gets the number blocked, usually permanently.
Meta decides that on its own criteria and nobody can promise it. We complete your business verification properly, which is what the decision rests on.
Usually a day or two once your business documents are in order. Business verification is the step that varies.
Leave your number and we will call you back the same working day, walk through the inbox on a screen share, and tell you honestly whether your use case is a fit.
